The views were breathtaking, and Karen and Tim were so welcoming. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace overlooking the river and having a barbecue in the garden. They provided a lovely breakfast spread for our first day, but being a bit out of the city, having to rely on expensive Uber rides was a bit of a bummer - felt a bit stranded on the check-out day. a fantastic stay 🌅.

Marvellous and stunning position, we enjoyed staying here.
Location: the hotel was very close to Hobart and surrounds, the Derwent river, and Hobart CBD. It also was in a nice quiet area which was a plus for us. The room was exceptionally nice, had private bathroom. An electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioner were a very nice touch.

The coziness of the cottage truly warmed my heart, with its charming decor filled with lovely touches that made me feel right at home. the general areas were easily accessible for someone like me, a senior woman, allowing me to move around comfortably and enjoy the beautiful views of the river and hills. It was such a delightful retreat for relaxation and tranquility.
Would appreciate extra assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

We had a delightful stay in a scenic location that was close to the city center. The property was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an oven, washing machine and TV. The fridge was generously stocked with breakfast essentials. the cottage had stunning views of the river, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and taking in the tranquil surroundings.
It would have been helpful if the property were more suited to less mobile guests. There were some steps that could prove challenging.

Karen and Tim provided a warm welcome and delightful breakfast provisions. We appreciated the thoughtful and homely details throughout the accommodation, from the comfy beds to the lighting and decoration.
